The short answer is yes. You do sign an agreement to rent your unit, however, the agreement lays out the terms of the rental and does not bind you to a specific length of stay. By signing the agreement you acknowledge that you were explained how the rental works, including the rules of the facility, that your rent must be paid on time, the penalties for late payment, etc.
We require a credit card and picture identification (either a driver’s license, passport, or government ID card). You will also be asked for your current address, phone number, and email.
Having up-to-date contact information for every tenant is one of the ways Passion Safe Storage can deter crime at our facility. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current information on file. If it is discovered that the information we have on file for you is inaccurate, your gate access may be denied until your file is updated.
Ultimately, you are responsible for the items you store at Passion Safe Storage. Passion Safe requires all customers to have proof of insurance or opt-in to our Value Coverage option. While not an insurance policy, our Value Coverage option is the most convenient way to satisfy this provision. Please contact our office to learn more.
We take security very seriously. At Passion Safe Storage we are committed to providing you with as secure a storage experience as we possibly can. Our facility uses barbed-wire perimeter fencing, motion-sensor LED lighting , a computerized access control system, and High Definition video surveillance. We also ensure that every unit rental uses a high quality disc lock for the unit. This ensures that every unit looks the same from the outside, and no unit looks like an easy target.
Our tenants can access their unit 24/7 every day of the year.
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property when the facility manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs. The gate hours are the hours your rental unit can be accessed. You are free to access your unit 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Passion Safe’s units are all designed for easy drive-up access, so you can load your belongings directly from a vehicle.
Yes, we offer rental spaces for outdoor parking of boats, autos, or RVs.
Our units are 8 feet tall (higher ceilings than most houses).
